Sunday Sunrise Meditation — Summer Series
Summer is the season of expansion — open mornings, warm light, and spacious energy. To honor this rhythm, we gather every Sunday at sunrise for a grounding meditation practice held on my land, where the quiet of early morning becomes part of the experience.
This weekly gathering is a nurturing space for both beginners and experienced practitioners. We begin in the liminal stillness of dawn, when the world is soft and the mind is most receptive. Sunrise carries its own symbolism — renewal, clarity, and the subtle shift from night into day — and practicing at this threshold deepens the sense of presence and intention.
Each session offers a gentle blend of modalities such as breathwork, mantras, and occasional binaural beats or soothing music to support relaxation and mindfulness. The land itself holds the container: birds waking, light moving across the hills, and the natural quiet that helps the nervous system settle.
Please bring a yoga mat, cushion, earbuds or earplugs, your phone, and a blanket as you prepare to immerse yourself in 30–45 minutes of tranquility. This summer series is offered every Sunday at 7:00 AM, free of charge.
Start your week with intention, connection, and the grounding energy of sunrise. RSVP for location details.
