What is three12wellness
Three12Wellness began long before it had a name, a logo, or a framework. Its roots reach back to 2006, when I was working as a fit model and designer, living inside the world of fabric, form, and the quiet discipline of creation. During those years, I carried a personal motto that guided how I moved through my work and how I treated the people around me: “Clothe yourself with compassion, humility, gentleness, and patience.” — Colossians 3:12
I printed that verse on the back of my clothing label, Martin‑Beijer, not as branding, but as a reminder of how I wanted to show up in every room, every fitting, every collaboration. It was my early understanding of embodiment — that what we wear, how we carry ourselves, and how we treat others is a form of energy, a form of medicine, a form of intention.
I didn’t know it then, but that verse was the first seed of Three12.
As I evolved, the meaning evolved with me. What began as a designer’s quiet mantra grew into a personal philosophy, then into a healing framework, and eventually into the foundation of my clinical and intuitive work. The “three” and the “twelve” expanded beyond scripture into the universal symbolism found across cultures, cosmologies, and the natural world.
Three became the triad of integration — mind, body, and spirit.
Twelve became the full cycle of human experience — the months, the archetypes, the zodiac, the lotus petals, the apostles, the meridians, the developmental seasons of a life.
Together, they formed a map.
The Three12 model is built on the understanding that every person is a landscape — layered, complex, shaped by biology, history, relationships, environment, and the unseen inner world. At the center of the model is the lotus, symbolizing awakening and the unfolding of who you are becoming. Surrounding it are four interlocking triangles, forming a twelve‑pointed star held within a circle — the whole person, the vessel, the nervous system, the lived experience.
This is the architecture of Three12: Three is the inner alignment. Twelve is the full human story.
What began as a designer’s motto became a therapeutic framework. What began as a clothing label became a wellness lineage. What began as a verse became a cosmology.
Today, Three12Wellness is where psychology, intuition, and lived experience meet. It is where the symbolic and the practical come together. It is where people return to themselves — gently, honestly, and with support.
Three12 didn’t start in a wellness studio. It started in a fitting room in 2006. It grew through every chapter of my life. And now it stands as the full expression of everything I’ve learned, everything I’ve healed, and everything I’m here to offer.
