A new chapter begins — one rooted in rhythm, remembrance, and the quiet intelligence of the natural world.

Three12 Wellness was born from a simple truth: healing is not something we chase; it’s something we return to. It lives in the land beneath us, the cycles that shape us, and the subtle ways our bodies speak when we finally slow down enough to listen.

For years, I’ve carried the vision of creating a space where the symbolic, the intuitive, and the grounded could meet. A space where energy work, dreamwork, and elemental healing are not “alternatives,” but ancient languages we’re learning to hear again. A space where people can reconnect with themselves — not through force, but through resonance.

Today, that space opens its doors.

Why Three and Twelve

The name reflects the patterns that guide us:

  • Three — body, mind, spirit; past, present, future; earth, water, sky

  • Twelve — cycles, seasons, archetypes, completion

Together, they form a map — a way of understanding where we are and what we’re moving toward.

Three12 is not just a wellness practice. It’s a rhythm.
